サイトの記載よりも少し安くなっているエージェント向け料金で案内することになります。

学校ウェブサイトに記載のある料金と料金表の金額が違う件について問い合わせをしたところ、下記のように回答がありましたので、料金表の金額でお客様にはご案内をしてください。
The prices on our website are for walk-in students or students coming to our school without an agent.

Work Practicum Experienceに関して
顧客より「アカデミアで実施しているワーキングサポートシステムをほかでも実施していないか？」という質問を受け、仕事探しサポートは学生ビザで入国している以上語学学校ではしていないと説明したところ、「そういうシステムがあるのを提携校なのに知らないのか」という回答だったため、現地確認をしたところ、以下の回答が届きました。
「I apologize as I’m not sure what your student is asking about as well.We do have a “Work Practicum Experience” class that allows students in our Advanced program to have a non-paid internship with a local company. As students on a student are not allowed to work in the United States – all the work done in this particular class would be non-paid.That is the only thing that I can think of regarding the programs that we offer at Academia.」

アカデミアなのでそこまで説明することはないと思いますが、ご留意ください。

初日の登校時間は8：15です。
We used to request that students come at 8:00 AM on the first day, but we have pushed back the time to 8:15 AM. We found that when the office opens the same time that we ask students to arrive by, students are left waiting unnecessarily. Could you please inform your student to please come at 8:15 AM (instead of 8:00 AM) on 6/8/2015?

グレイスピリオドについて
アカデミアにグレイスピリオドについて問合せをしたところ、以下の回答が届きました。
If a student is applying for our Full-time (student visa) program, the student must stay with us for at least 8 weeks in order to receive the full 60 day grace period upon completing her course.

エージェント料金について
アカデミアではAgent Priceを設定しているので、生徒さんが直接学校に申し込む場合とエージェントを通す場合では料金が異なるそうです。

尚、2015年の料金は12月上旬頃になるそうで、12月31日までに支払いまで完了できれば、来年スタートでも2014年の料金が適用してもらえます。

バケーションの申請について
3ヶ月継続して受講した場合、2週間のバケーションが取れるそうです。
セーブしておいて、6ヶ月受講後にまとめて1ヶ月のバケーションを取ることもできますが、一回に取れるバケーションは最長1ヶ月までです。

A student can take their first 2 week vacation after they’ve been continuously studying at Academia for 3 months.
If they do not want to take a vacation after 3 months and they want to “save it”, they can choose to not take any vacation for 6 months and study continually and then take a 1 month vacation (a 1 month vacation is the maximum amount of time we will allow a student to take a vacation).

また、アカデミアはコース開始前30日間を利用しての就学が可能なようです。
