CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged if the reservation is cancelled prior to the scheduled move-in date or upon arrival. In addition, Anatolia Management
incurs expenses on behalf of each client to prepare their home prior to move-in, so if the reservation is cancelled 10 business days prior to the scheduled move-in, all delivery charges, rent,
utility establishment fees, property imposed charges and all misc. preparation charges will be the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced accordingly. There will be no refund after

*Credit cards are accepted but must be in the students name ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* A 3% charge will apply to all credit card charges. A 10% late fee will apply if payment is not received 3 days after move in.
（2019/04/10）Anatoliaの空港出迎え、無料シャトル、鍵について

Important Note: Please be informed that as of 2019, the airport pick-up fee at the San Diego International Airport has been changed to $65.00 and we no longer offer complimentary .pick up service for the stay of 10 weeks or more. Please kindly update your records with this information accordingly.Therefore, please advise your student to fill out the attached Credit Card Authorization Form with the correct amount of $65.00 and send it back to us via email or fax if she wishes us to arrange her pick-up prior to her arrival in San Diego.
–Please kindly note that UCSD no longer offers the bus shuttle to UCSD and there is no bus shuttle for Summer.-Please keep in mind that all of our locations are very close to UCSD Extension and would only take 10 -15 minutes to commute by bus from the apartment complex to UCSD. Please note that the bus station is located in front of the apartment complex.–

-Please keep in mind that the bedrooms and bathrooms each have a lock that can lock the doors when the resident is inside of the bathroom/bedroom.
-Please note that the bedroom doors cannot be locked from the outside. Per company policy, residents’ are not allowed to install door locks on the bedroom doors as the apartment complex management does not allow this due to liability purposes. We only provide our residents an apartment front door key upon their arrival.
Please be informed that the apartment complex is very strict about the bedroom door lock policy since they need to have accessibility to enter the room in case of an emergency such as fire, water leak etc. Therefore, they do not let the residents install their own locks on the bedroom door.

相部屋の場合は、机も部屋に1つしかないため、二人でシェアしないといけない。
Please be informed that we offer one desk to share in our shared rooms.We advise your students to reserve a private room if they wish to have their own desk and privacy.

UCSDの場合、Anatolia レジデンスで手配すると、手配料の支払いと、現地で発生した料金はクレジットカードで支払うことになります。
基本的に生徒本人のカードでないといけないのですが、姓が同じであれば、保護者の方のクレジットカードでもOKとのことでした。
