During the next few months, we will make improvements to our application system, most notably with the introduction of a new online application form. The goals are to:
- automate some functions and increase the efficiency of the application workflow process, giving our partners faster approvals;
- transition to an online-only application process by July 2014; and,
- achieve a paperless office by July 2015.
