MMRを2回と記載されている箇所についても、麻疹の接種記録を書いていただければ問題ないそうです。
The Oregon State Law is looking primarily for the Measles shots. Therefore, on the report, we are hoping to receive for the Measles shots the first and second dates. I did double check with our school nurse, and she has confirmed that students need only 2 measles (Rubeola) shots. The mumps and rubella shots are not required. We do not need to have the official immunization record from the doctor. We only need the two forms to be completed with the dates on the forms. (By Center Directer (Chandaさん))

The student may begin study without all the immunizations, but must get them as soon as possible after arrival, during the first week.
全ての予防接種を終えていなくても授業を受けることは可能。
she can get her MMR done at a clinic near ELS/Riverdale; it costs approximately $180.00.
