ビザ申請手続きについて

◆重要なビザ申請手続きの更新について（2024年9月2日より適用）

（現時点では、日本国籍および韓国国籍の学生のみ適応されます）

以下にご案内するビザ申請手続きの変更点は、トランジットの問題を解消し、ビザの処理時間を短縮するために導入されました。2024年9月2日から、以下の手順に従ってください。

1. VFSでの予約： 学生はVFS（ビザ申請センター）での予約を行います。
2. VFSセンターでの書類提出（パスポートは除く）： 学生は指定のVFSセンターにて、パスポート以外の必要書類を提出します。
3. ビザ申請処理完了の通知： Identita’（当局）は、ビザ申請が処理されたことを各教育機関（学校）に通知します。学校から学生にその旨通知します。

※ 重要： ビザ申請がCVU（セントラルビザユニット）により処理されたという確認を受け取るまでは、渡航しないでください。

1. パスポートを持ってマルタに渡航： 学生はパスポートを持参し、マルタに渡航します。
2. ビザ貼付のためのオフィス訪問： 学生は当局のオフィスを訪問し、パスポートにビザを貼付してもらいます。この際、CVU（セントラルビザユニット）から送られた確認メールを提示するようにしてください。

Below kindly find updates in the visa process starting from 2^nd September for Japanese and Korean nationals only. The below changes were made because of transit issues and to reduce the visa processing time.

1. Student books a VFS appointment
2. Student attends appointment and submits documentation (EXCEPT PASSPORT)
3. Identita’ will send an email to the Institutes regarding the visa applications that have been processed (IMP – STUDENT’S DO NOT TRAVEL UNTIL CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED FROM CVU THAT THE VISA APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED)
4. Student travels with passport to Malta
5. Student visits our office to affix visa on passport (advise student to present confirmation email from CVU)
